towns delivering training and sharing her knowledge. As part of her role, she also trained and assessed the internal call centre.
Stephanie then entered the world of alarm monitoring for 16 years, working as the Training Manager for Australia's largest B2B alarm monitoring centre. Here Stephanie honed her customer centric skills and performed quarterly assessments, grading and wrote procedures. She developed an admiration of technology – especially that used in the Security Industry.
Three years ago, Stephanie returned to her payments foundations working for eftpos. There she looked after their disputes process and system. She completed project work including many technical additions and enhancements of their systems. She couldn’t leave the security industry though and continued to train and mentor staff on the weekends.
Stephanie’s passion lies in providing staff with the tools to provide exceptional Customer Service! She loves training, rules and compiling procedures. She values active listening and enjoys a problem to solve.
