Since 1977 the Paul-Tec Group has specialised in aged care monitoring and professional response services for retirement village residents. We primarily monitor state-of-the art Australian made NESS Medi-Alarm panels, which we believe to be the best, simplest to operate, and most reliable equipment available today.

At the touch of a ‘help’ button or wireless pendant, specially trained operators receive the alarm and quickly phone to confirm the cause with the resident. If an emergency is confirmed, or if contact cannot be established with the resident, we quickly follow your instructions to contact emergency keyholders, support staff, ambulance, etc.
